 Nicole has over 18 years experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities with professional experience as a special educator, social service provider, and consultant.  She specializes in the development and implementation of functional life skills and social skills programs for individuals with autism, but has also provided the following supports: 

Prior to establishing PAC, Inc, Nicole developed and managed 4 specialized autism programs, including an adult services program that earned recognition at IARF’s Innovations Celebration in 2007.  Since the inception of PAC, Inc in 2008, Nicole has supported multiple organizations in the development of specialized autism programs and provided support for enhancing developmental training programs, providing training and supports that enable individuals with developmental disabilities to achieve their personal goals by ensuring that they receive active treatment within their educational and day program settings.
